Substack alerts refresh daily at 12PM EST & cap at 100 posts each day. We recommend specifying the following parameters if you want to have control over your Substack Monitor:

| Keyword Choices | We select the best keywords by default. If you want to add any keywords you are looking for, you may add additional keywords by specifying them in the Description box of your Monitor |
| Competitors | We select 3-5 of your most relevant Competitors by default. If you know of Competitors you are looking to keep on top of, you may add them in the Description box of your Monitor |

Connecting to receive notifications in your Substack notifications inbox is not yet supported.
